APRC Group continues and consolidates the constitution of its team of experts in favor of productive, sustainable and resilient real estate with the arrival of Victor Lavisse, new Director of Environment and Biodiversity.
With a recognized experience in the fields of urban biodiversity, sustainable real estate and the environmental integration of development projects, Victor Lavisse joins APRC Group with an ambitious mission: to speed-up the group’s environmental transition, to contribute to making APRC Group an operator of real estate solutions at the forefront of environmental innovation and ecological transitions.
An environmentalist who graduated from ISA Lille engineering school (Junia), with a specialization in urban ecology and sustainable building, Victor Lavisse is both an ecologist and a connoisseur of the logistics real estate sector and environmental regulations. He brings to APRC Group valuable expertise and experience gained over eight years at the ARP Astrance design office, where he served as Director of the Biodiversity and Landscape Division. Victor also contributes to numerous initiatives within CIBI (International Council on Biodiversity and Real Estate), the Institute for Land Transition, the BIG Initiative (Biodiversity Impulse Group), and CSTB (Scientific and Technical Centre for Building) on discussions around CBSh. He represents APRC Group within the Afilog association on water and carbon issues.
Its roadmap consists of supporting APRC Group’s ambitious environmental strategy on the themes of land sobriety, energy saving, water resource management, carbon footprint reduction, and biodiversity.
