With the creation of KSI, APRC Group has established a real estate development subsidiary that enables us to design and deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-quality projects. The objective is clear: to strengthen our mastery of the entire value chain, from land acquisition to asset delivery.

Our approach leans on three pillars:

• Expanding our scope of action with a Supply Chain department led by Patrick Remords, dedicated to analysing and proposing real estate solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
• Ensuring integrated operations management, as we demonstrated with ABRDN in Cholet: development, land securing, construction, marketing, and transfer to investors.
• Meeting the expectations of investors, users, and local authorities by placing them at the heart of our thinking.

Since its creation, KSI has already completed several projects: 55,000 m² in Prouvy (59) in 2020, 32,000 m² in Beauvais (60) in 2023, and 20,700 m² in Cholet (49) in 2024. Other projects are underway, such as La Lainière (Roubaix-Wattrelos), along with secured developments in Méru, Calais, and Sauvagnon.

This momentum is driven by the complementarity of our businesses. APRC’s engineering capability is a key asset for KSI. By mobilising all of the Group’s expertise, we combine technical know-how with an in-depth understanding of the industrial and logistics markets.
