APRC Group aims to establish itself as one of Europe’s leaders in productive and sustainable real estate (logistics, industrial, activities, etc.). Following Jean-Marie Guillet, Olivier Barge, and Patrick Remords, Razzy Hammadi now joins the Group’s ambitious European development project as Director of Strategy and Foresight.
An economist with an MBA from ESSEC Paris and Mannheim, École des Ponts and Telecom Paris (Master in Smart Mobility Logistics), Razzy Hammadi began his career in the field of public housing policy consulting before collaborating with the investment fund Meridiam.
Elected as a Member of Parliament in 2012, he worked in the Economic Affairs Committee on the Consumer Bill as General Rapporteur, then with the same function on the Equality and Citizenship Law.
Vice-president of the National Commission for Commercial Development from 2014 to 2018, President of the Commission for the Review of Commercial Practices from 2012 to 2017, and member of the Finance Committee of the National Assembly where he is involved in local finances and equalization between territories, Razzy Hammadi is a fine connoisseur of public policies and territorial dynamics.
After the end of his parliamentary mandate, he built on his solid expertise in urban planning, development, as well as logistics and industrial real estate. In 2017, he founded News Tank Cities, the first news agency dedicated to urban issues, and in 2019 launched the MBA in Urban Transition Management within the Leonardo da Vinci Cluster (with which APRC Group has collaborated since its creation). In 2022, he published The 10 urban challenges for France in 2030 “, published by l’Archipel.
