APRC delivers nearly 15,000 m² of courier and storage warehouse for the supply of E.Leclerc centers in the South-West.
SCALANDES E.LECLERC*, one of the 16 purchasing centers of the GALEC – E.LECLERC Purchasing Group, has just taken possession of a logistics site in Mont-de-Marsan (40), the construction of which has been entrusted to APRC, APRC GROUP’s general contracting subsidiary.
On a site covering nearly 29 hectares, this new platform includes two buildings with a 100% metal framework.
- a “SCA 6” logistics and refrigerated warehouse (the 6th SCALANDES E.LECLERC warehouse on this site) of approximately 10,100 m² at controlled temperature (+ 2°C) equipped with a sorter-type process, with nearly 1,100 m² of social and office premises, 300 m² of technical rooms, 450 m² of loading rooms, a possible extension area of 6,000 m²;
- a 3,000 m² “ReverseLog” dry logistics warehouse including offices and technical rooms, and intended for pallet storage, with an outdoor area of 1,660 m².
This site offers:
- 49 docks on SCA 6, and 6 docks on ReverseLog
- 11 HGV and 150 light vehicle pitches
- photovoltaic panels covering 100% of the roof of the SCA 6 building for shared self-consumption with existing buildings.
