As the first general contractor to obtain the triple ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 – ISO 45001 certification, APRC Group validates its commitment to quality, the environment and safety. Announced by the Certification Commission on 16 February, this triple certification will be awarded on 31 March by BCS Certification, a certification body accredited by COFRAC*, a subsidiary of the Apave Group*.
Saying what you do, doing what you say and subjecting this transparency to independent oversight is at the heart of APRC Group’s entrepreneurial spirit. This philosophy is officially recognised by the BCS Certification auditors who validated the compliance of the group’s QHSE Management System with the 3 ISO standards, after seven days of audit of each of the company’s functional and operational departments.
This triple certification validates that each of APRC Group’s components is collectively committed to the three main levers: quality, environment and health and safety, in the service of the satisfaction of our external and internal customers.
As the first company in the sector to obtain this triple certification, APRC Group demonstrates that beyond communication, its commitment is recognized by the highest level of requirement in France: ISO certification.
Initiated at the end of 2022, the certification audit process was carried out not only at the company’s headquarters but also at the heart of two operations carried out by APRC – APRC Group’s general contracting subsidiary – for the SEGRO group in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, in Isère, and for Market Maker in Mably in the Roannais region. “The challenge of this certification process is to verify that all our processes meet the standards set by ISO but above all that their implementation at the level of the company’s departments resonates exactly in the field,” explains Benoît Laur, QHSE Director, who is leading the process at APRC Group.
The organizational work and the mobilization of employees is commensurate with all the requirements of these 3 standards checked at each audit. Because it is indeed a long-term commitment that this approach affirms, since the certification is validated for three years and must be monitored every year.
“We are most proud to have been noticed by auditors as going above and beyond the normative requirements on more than 25 positive points related to the application of our processes. This shows that our management system is operational, reliable and constantly improving.” This recognition reflects on all the Group’s employees who are mobilized to ensure that this triple certification of the company’s processes is a sign of APRC Group’s competitive difference. And that it foreshadows the commitment made by its President, Karim Abdellaoui, to “do everything possible to ensure that this ISO certification step is the first stone of our global CSR labeling approach to which we are now committed”.
