APRC Group, a major player in the commercial real estate and logistics sector, serving productive and sustainable real estate, is proud to announce the opening of its new branch in Paris and the installation of a team of a dozen engineering executives and experts in its offices located rue de Liège. With a head office in Lyon, and European branches in Turin and Zaragoza, the company is strengthening its presence by setting up in the French capital region, a strategic choice for its national development but also for its international expansion.
The inauguration ceremony, held on 7 December 2023, brought together key figures from the worlds of real estate, urban planning, and public governance, as well as elected officials and representatives of the groups and operators active in the sector, whom we warmly thank—particularly Jean-Michel Genestier, Mayor of Le Raincy and Vice-President of the Greater Paris Metropolis in charge of logistics, whose words, presence, and commitment touched us deeply.
The President and Founder of APRC Group, Karim Abdellaoui, and his Operational Director Olivier Barge, underlined the importance of this facility for the company and recalled the context of the time as well as the challenges we face:
