After the arrival of several leading experts, the Lyon-based group is continuing to build a management team capable of meeting the major challenges imposed by the current transitions on productive and logistics real estate. Virginie CAPLAIN will now put her experience and expertise at the service of KSI, in particular by joining the Executive Committee of APRC Group.
An ESTP engineer, Virginie CAPLAIN earned her stripes in an AIRBUS subsidiary to manage the relocation of its head office. Very quickly, she put her HEC Entrepreneur Master’s degree to good use by developing KEREXPERT, a design office specializing in building engineering, for 3 years, before joining LIDL to lead the warehouse expansion program. In 2017, she created the Major Projects department to manage the largest logistics and tertiary investment (28 projects in total) carried out by the German distributor in France. After more than 8 years at LIDL, it is with a high level of experience within a reference company in the sector that Virginie CAPLAIN opens a new chapter in her career.
