To meet the growing needs of its customers, Le Roy Logistique, a transport and logistics specialist, is strengthening its network in the Pays de la Loire region and leasing the 20,000 m² of a new warehouse in Cholet (49).
One of the first large-scale achievements of KSI, the development subsidiary of APRC Group, the delivery of this platform is scheduled for the end of the year.
At the end of the year, KSI, the promotional subsidiary of the Lyon-based company APRC Group, is finalising the construction of a 20,000m2 logistics platform on a plot of land it has acquired in Cholet. Ideally placed to strengthen Le Roy Logistique’s proximity strategy, this 3-cell platform with a storage capacity of 32,000 pallets will enable the logistics company to pursue its desire to favour short transport via locations as close as possible to its customers’ consumption areas and/or industrial sites.
With this new warehouse, Le Roy Logistique now offers 131,000m2 of storage spread over a radius of 70 km to irrigate the Pays de la Loire region.
In addition to the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof, this building, certified according to the BREEAM standard at the VERY GOOD level, perfectly illustrates the CSR strategy of the Le Roy Logistique group and reaffirms the positioning of KSI and APRC Group on real estate solutions in direct contact with the environmental requirements of its customers.
