Following Jean-Marie Guillet and Olivier Barge, Patrick Remords now joins a project built on an original vision of the logistics market: it is the optimisation of users\u2019 supply chains that drives real estate\u2014not the other way around! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the beginning of his group, Karim Abdellaoui has gladly played on his image as a logistics real estate agitator, clearing abandoned land, organizing price transparency and sharing of the value created, exploring countries known to be difficult, innovating in sustainable construction in a sector where the return on investment has long been accommodated by an ephemeral quality.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a changing market, this vision is bearing fruit \u2013 APRC is experiencing exponential growth in its results \u2013 but above all it is convincing the best experts in the sector to join an adventure that aims to become a European leader in real estate development dedicated to the supply chain.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After starting his career in retail with Cora, creating the consulting firm Optima Logistique\u2014which later merged with GCL Group before being sold to JLL and spending nine years leading JLL\u2019s logistics division, Patrick Remords has now joined APRC Group as Supply Chain Director Europe. In today\u2019s tight market, this title above all reflects APRC Group\u2019s decision to invest beyond France\u2019s borders in every country where its expertise can create value.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;And beyond this European ambition, I share 1000% of this customer approach which makes <\/em><strong><em>listening to the user<\/em><\/strong><em> the alpha and omega of our logistics strategy, <\/em> upstream <strong><em>but also over the long term<\/em><\/strong><em>, the spearhead of the project&#8217;s relevance,<\/em><strong><em> and advice<\/em><\/strong><em> an assumed responsibility. <\/em> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>By joining the very talented sum of skills of APRC Group, I am above all choosing agility within a tight team, composed of Jean-Marie Guillet, whose knowledge of the market is one of the finest there is, and Olivier Barge, the builder of the first zero-carbon building!  <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>We share the observation that the economic situation and the consequences of the ZAN law will require us to reinvent the real estate development market.
