We are proud to announce that the first posts were lifted on Tuesday, October 15! <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This ambitious project, located on over 50,000 m\u00b2 of land, is fully in line with the drive to rehabilitate and revitalize a former textile industrial wasteland, with the ambition of creating an innovative and sustainable logistics site.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a surface area of 26,000 m\u00b2, the platform will be divisible from 6,000 m\u00b2 upwards, making it perfectly adaptable to any urban or industrial logistics activity, including zero-emission delivery solutions. It will comprise 24,200 m\u00b2 of warehousing, 1,600 m\u00b2 of offices and 200 m\u00b2 of technical premises, with the possibility of integrating positive cold storage areas. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its assets?<br\/>&#8211; Urban proximity with a location in the heart of the urban fabric, to optimize delivery flows.<br\/>&#8211; Eco-responsibility thanks to a design based on high environmental standards, the creation of over 10,000 m\u00b2 of green space, the installation of solar panels on the entire roof, and the goal of BREEAM Excellent certification.<br\/>&#8211; Creating local value by generating jobs and revitalizing this emblematic district.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A big well done and thank you to the teams from APRC, the general contracting subsidiary of APRC Group, who are mobilized on site and managing the work.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery: summer 2025<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Interested in this asset?
