Ideally located, it illustrates the expertise and excellence of our teams.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">APRC Group, through KSI, its real estate development subsidiary, has sold the property to abrdn, a leading asset manager with over 20 offices* worldwide and nearly 500 investment professionals*. The assets under management of abrdn&#8217;s investment business total around 423 billion euros*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Vincent Moulard, Head of Transactions and Portfolio Management, France d&#8217;abrdn: \u201d <em>This achievement by APRC Group&#8217;s teams illustrates both their mastery of the entire commercial real estate value chain, and their agility at every stage of the process.
