Ideally located, it illustrates the know-how and excellence of our teams.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">APRC Group, through KSI, its real estate development and development subsidiary, has sold ownership of the property to abrdn, a leading asset manager with more than 20 offices* around the world and nearly 500 investment professionals*. Assets under management for abrdn&#8217;s investment activity are approximately \u20ac423 billion*.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Vincent Moulard, Head of Transactions and Portfolio Management, France at abrdn: &#8221; <em>This achievement led by APRC Group&#8217;s teams illustrates both their mastery of the entire commercial real estate value chain, as well as their agility at all stages of the process.
