2. Definitions<\/h2>\n\n
The terms and expressions identified with a capital letter in the Privacy Policy have the meaning indicated below, whether used in the singular or plural:<\/p>\n\n
\u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d: <\/em>refers to this privacy policy intended to inform the User, whether professional or consumer (or non-professional), of the commitments made by the Company, in its capacity as Data Controller, to respect the User\u2019s Data during the use of the Sites and to enable the User, where applicable, to exercise the rights granted under the amended French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libert\u00e9s).\u201cData\u201d: <\/em>refers to the personal data of the User collected and processed in connection with the use of the Sites, including in particular contact requests and the submission of applications.“Data Controller\u201d: <\/em>refers to the Company that determines the purposes and means of the processing of Data carried out through the Sites.“User\u201d:<\/em> refers to any person who uses the Sites.<\/p>\n\n
3. Purpose<\/h2>\n\n
The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to define the commitments of the Company, in its capacity as Data Controller, with regard to the protection of the User\u2019s Data collected and processed in connection with the management of contact requests, the submission of applications, and commercial prospecting.<\/p>\n\n
4. Data collected<\/h2>\n\n
In its capacity as Data Controller, the Company collects and processes three (3) categories of Data:<\/p>\n\n

4.2 Professional Data<\/strong>To submit a contact request or an application, the Company requires the provision of identification data.In the application form, only the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory in order to allow the submission of the application to the Company and, where applicable, to be contacted again by the Company.If these fields are not completed, the User will not be able to submit their application.The User\u2019s responses in fields not marked with an asterisk (*) are optional.<\/p>\n\n
4.3 Login Data<\/strong>The Company also collects the IP address, login identifiers, and cookies, which are specifically addressed in Article 9 of the Privacy Policy when the User visits one of the Sites.The User (1) is informed in advance of the collection and processing of their Data and (2) must consent to it, by ticking a checkbox, as part of the information and consent notice provided at the time of Data collection via the contact form.<\/p>\n\n
5. Purposes of Processing<\/h2>\n\n
By submitting a contact request or an application, the User is informed that their Data is collected, used, and processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n
The receipt, management, and processing of contact requests;The management of recruitment processes;Commercial prospecting;The implementation of personalised preference criteria.<\/p>\n\n
6. Recipients of Processing<\/h2>\n\n
The Data is strictly intended for the Company, its employees, and its specifically authorised technical staff, in compliance with the purposes listed in Article 5.<\/p>\n\n
The Company may disclose certain Data to its processors in order to handle Users\u2019 requests, including professionals mandated by the Company to market its real estate programs, subject to the User\u2019s consent at the time of Data collection via the contact form. The processors are required to respect the confidentiality and security of the Data that may be communicated to them and to use it solely for the purpose of carrying out their subcontracting or service provision mission.The Company guarantees that the User\u2019s Data will not be disclosed to any unauthorised third party without the User\u2019s consent. <\/p>\n\n
In specific circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Data when requested by judicial or administrative authorities.<\/p>\n\n
7. Data Retention<\/h2>\n\n
The Data is retained by the Company for no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and referred to above and, in any event, may not be retained:<\/p>\n\n
– More than sixty (60) days from the User\u2019s request to erase or transfer Data submitted to the Company;– More than two (2) years from the last contact with a User who has applied to the Company;– Beyond the business relationship with Users for Data relating to prospective clients, and more than three (3) years from their collection or from the last contact with the User for Data relating to non-client prospects;– Beyond the contractual relationship concerning the Data of the Company\u2019s Partners.<\/p>\n\n
At the end of the retention period provided for in Article 7, the Data will be securely archived for the necessary retention and\/or limitation periods arising from applicable legislative or regulatory provisions.<\/p>\n\n
8. User’s rights<\/h2>\n\n
The User has the following rights:<\/p>\n\n
– Right of access: that is, to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not Data concerning them is being processed and, where it is, access to said Data, as well as various information including the purposes of the processing, the categories of Data concerned, and the recipient(s) of the Data, etc.– Right to rectification: to obtain, as soon as possible, the correction of Data concerning them that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or ambiguous, or whose collection and processing are prohibited;– Right to object: to object to the processing of Data by the Data Controller or to a Data transfer, unless there are legitimate and compelling reasons that prevail over the User\u2019s interests.– Right to erasure of Data concerning them, for the following reasons:<\/p>\n\n
– The Data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or processed by the Company;– The User has withdrawn the consent on which the processing was based, and there is no other legal ground for processing the Data;– The User objects to the processing of the Data and no overriding legitimate interest justifies the processing;– The Data has been unlawfully processed;– The Data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation to which the Company may be subject;– The Data was collected when the data subject was a minor.– Right to define arrangements in advance, during their lifetime, regarding how the User wishes the Data collected and processed by the Company to be retained and communicated after their death;– Right to data portability and recovery, allowing the User to receive the Data they have provided to the Company in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another Data Controller, without the Company to which the Data was initially provided being able to oppose it.<\/p>\n\n
If the User wishes to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, they may submit their request:<\/p>\n\n

The User must specify in their letter the APRC GROUP company with respect to which they wish to exercise one of the aforementioned rights.If the User exercises one of their rights electronically, the Data will, where possible, be provided electronically by the Company, unless the User has specifically requested otherwise.<\/p>\n\n
9. Data security<\/h2>\n\n
The Company adopts sufficient, adequate, and appropriate security measures to safeguard the Data and, in particular, to prevent it from being altered, damaged, or accessed by unauthorised third parties.<\/p>\n\n
When the Company identifies a breach, vulnerability, or security incident, or is informed of one, it is required to notify the supervisory authority of:<\/p>\n\n
– The nature of the breach, vulnerability, or security incident, including, where possible, the categories and approximate number of data subjects concerned, as well as the categories and approximate number of Data records affected;– The likely consequences of the personal data breach;– The measures taken, or proposed to be taken, by the Company to remedy the breach, vulnerability, or security incident, including, where applicable, measures to mitigate any potential adverse effects.– If it is not possible to provide all of this information at the same time, it may be provided in stages within a reasonable period of time.<\/p>\n\n
The Company will not notify the supervisory authority of breaches, vulnerabilities, or security incidents that are not likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of the User.<\/p>\n\n
10. Cookies<\/h2>\n\n
Cookies are small files that are sent to the browser and stored on the hard drive of a computer, smartphone, tablet, etc., when the User connects to the Sites.<\/p>\n\n
Cookies only store an identification code, excluding any other personal information concerning the User. Thus, the placement of cookies in connection with the use of one of the Sites does not allow the User to be personally identified but records information relating to the browsing activity of their device, which the Company may read during the User\u2019s subsequent visits. <\/p>\n\n
